For my layout today, I combined three products from the new release: Ornate Foliage Stamp Set with coordinating dies, Everlasting Happiness Stamp Set, and Fine Bouquet Die. I couldn’t pick just one, and they look lovely together.
I started by stamping my images from the Ornate Foliage Stamp Set. For the outline, I used Altenew Permanent Black Ink, while for the flowers I went with Eastern Sky, Azurite, Wisteria, Firefly, and Just Green. I also added some yellow with Altenew Artist Marker in Warm Sunshine; I find that it brings in a happy pop of color 🙂 Once those were ready, I continued with the Everlasting Happiness Stamp Set. This time I didn’t add any color, as I liked the black and white contrast.
After arranging my flowers on the background paper, I felt like I needed an extra layer, so I used the Fine Bouquet Die to create sort of a “lace” look. I created two clusters on opposite sides of the page and placed my photo in between.
For the title, I inked the Mega Love die cut with some of the same Crisp Inks I used for the flowers to obtain an ombre effect. Two acetate butterflies and black splatters finished the layout.
