I’m so excited about this release! They new Artist Markers are gorgeous, and the scrapbook embellishments perfectly coordinate with the previous releases, making them a must have.

Today I have decided to share a card featuring some of the beautiful new shades included in the Artist Markers Set E.

I started by spraying an 8×4” smooth white cardstock with Altenew Frosty Pink Shimmer Ink Spray, just to give it a light layer of color. While that was drying, I stamped my images from the Botanical Garden Stamp Set using Altenew Permanent Black Crisp Dye Ink, and colored the flowers with the following markers: Sunkissed, Orange Cream, Autumn Blaze, and Firebrick. I went from the lighter shade to the darkest, trying to create a realistic look. I should mention I’m not a colorist by all means, but I enjoy spending time experimenting with new mediums.

For the leaves, I used Bamboo, Parrot, and Olive.

Next, I cut the flowers with the coordinating dies and adhered them on my card panel.

The sentiment, which was heat-embossed with Altenew Translucent Pearl Embossing Powder, comes from the Blissful Bud Stamp Set.

To finish the card, I matted it with cardstock in a coordinating color, before adding some of the new enamel dots from the Rock Collection package.
