Pink Paislee – Thankful Blessed Grateful Layout

Hello, PP friends! Today I’m sharing a new layout that summarizes my feelings for the wonderful people I have in my life. I picked the Thankful Blessed Grateful cut file by Paige Evans and used it as a big title for my page. What I love about big titles is that you can seamlessly fit multiple photos on one layout. The Whimsical collection with its beautiful colors and patterns was perfect for the theme.

Whenever I have a big title to work with, I try to find pictures that fit in the negative spaces – I think it’s fun, and also I don’t have to figure out a placement for my photo, which would probably cover part of the title itself. Here I was able to perfectly fit three photos inside the letters. I then proceeded to back the rest of the letters with a variety of papers. I mostly used Paper 19 which features a combination of many patterns included in the collection.

Once I had the cut file ready, I adhered it onto Paper 01 which I had previously trimmed and distressed. I used foam dots for dimension and also small staples for added texture. Next, I arranged several flowers in three clusters to create a visual triangle and went on embellishing them with other fun goodies.

I love enamel dots and the ones included in the Whimsical collection are just too amazing! Hearts, butterflies, and flowers; I couldn’t ask for more! I need a million of them!

I also adhered colorful tassels to two of the clusters. I really like the texture and dimension. Finally, I chose a vibrant patterned paper as my background to make all the other elements on the page pop.

Thank you for stopping by today! I hope I gave you some useful ideas for your next big title layout. Happy Thanksgiving!
