The new BAF: Flourishing Zinnia is another stunning creation by Altenew; with its large size, and multiple building layers, this flower has a very realistic and gorgeous look.
Here is the layout I created for today:
I started by spraying my background with Altenew Frosty Pink Shimmer Ink Spray, and let it dry. I stamped the zinnias with the following Crisp Dye Inks: Pink Diamond, Pinkalicious, Rubellite, and Razzleberry; to achieve variety in color, I used Coral Berry for one of the layers on some of them. The leaves were stamped with Frayed Leaf, Forest Glades and Evergreen.
Next, by following the design of a wreath cut file I used as my base, I adhered flowers and leaves down with foam adhesive. At this point I realized I wanted to fill in the empty spaces with more leaves, so I die cut some of them with the Peony Dream 3D Die Set. I used smooth white cardstock, that I then sprayed with a mix of Frayed Leaf and Forest Glades Ink Sprays.
I love how this layout turned out. The BAF: Flourishing Zinnia is sure to make any project stand out with its beauty.
