Hello, crafty friends! I’m back today with a gift wrapping idea for Crate Paper.
This little box came together rather quickly. Nothing complicated about it. You just need the right tool and a gorgeous collection, such as Flourish. I’m in love with the pretty pattern and soft colors!
I started by making the box with the We R Memory Keepers 1-2-3 Punch Board. This tool is all you need if you want to add a special and personalized touch to your gifts. It is also very easy to use, which is definitely a plus, if you ask me 😉
For the box I used the Songbird patterned paper, as I wanted something subtle and delicate. I then picked a teal colored ribbon to close it. The base of the box measures 4”x4”, so it’s pretty big, and the shape would be perfect to wrap cookies or a cupcake, candy, or party favors. I added flower chipboard stickers and some foliage to the top, trying to match the colors to the ones in the patterned paper used for the box. All the embellishments were added to the flaps of the box, so when the recipient opens it everything will stay in place.
Using a craft die from my stash, I also cut out more leaves and just adhered them here and there under the flower clusters. As a finishing touch, I fussy cut a butterfly from the Charming patterned paper and used one of the puffy stickers as my sentiment.
Do you like creating special packaging for your gifts? I would love to hear what your favorite way of wrapping presents is.
Thank you for stopping by. Have a great day!
