Pink Paislee – #StickerBook: A Sweet Layout

Hello, Pink Paislee friends! Have you seen how awesome the new #StickerBooks are? I’m a fan of ephemera pieces and embellishments, so I was thrilled when they came out. Today I am sharing a layout featuring the #StickerBook by Paige Evans. Every single embellishment on this page came from it.

Enza Gudor - December 8 - Styled
To start, I adhered the stickers onto white cardstock and fussy cut them. I wanted to be able to move them around and also layer or overlap them to achieve dimension and texture. My goal was to create a fun and happy page to document this sweet, precious moment between Mickey Mouse and our little one 😉 I wanted to have tons of colorful flowers to frame the picture and continue the circular motion of the butterfly cut file.

I combined flowers from Paige’s two collections: Turn The Page and Oh My Heart. I clustered them all together, making sure to adhere some down with foam adhesive to create dimension and achieve a more realistic look.

The sentiments were also stuck onto white cardstock and fussy cut. I left a thin border to make them pop a little more.

To finish, I cross-stitched the middle portion of the butterflies with white thread. I think it creates more definition and adds another layer of texture. White paint splatters and two strips of patterned papers on the top and bottom of the page completed the layout.

Give the #StickerBook a try, if you haven’t already! There are a ton of stickers in there and you can create a layout using it all by itself! Plus, you won’t run out of embellishments for quite awhile 😉 Have a wonderful day!
