Hello! I am so excited to kick off Children week on the blog. My kids are the focus of almost all of my layouts, so this was right up my alley. I rarely scrap layouts with multiple individual pictures of my children. I tend to focus on each one of them separately when it comes to creating something about them. For today’s layout, I decided to challenge myself by working on three different sections (one per each child) on the same page. The new Wild Child collection has so many fun pieces to play with, easy to mix and match to achieve a desired look.
The background paper I chose is already kind of divided in sections, so it helped me with the idea I had in mind. First I die cut the Polaroid Frame Border by Paige Evans from white cardstock three times. I love how the tiny frames allow for lots of colorful elements. The 6×6 paper pad with its smaller patterns was perfect for this.
After getting the frames ready, I adhered them down with dimensional adhesive. Next my favorite… embellishments!!! A mix of puffy stickers, rub-ons, and die cuts were used to highlight each section.
Same idea with the title(s). Having three different titles on top of the individual borders puts even more emphasis on the separation between them.
What I love the most about this layout is how everything came together so seamlessly. I hope this has given you some ideas on how to incorporate individual pictures of your children on one page!
